Aaron Ben-Zeev is associate professor of philosophy at the University of Haifa in Israel.

A. W. Coats is emeritus professor of economic and social history at the University of Nottingham.

Morris M. Eagle is professor of psychology at York University in North York, Ontario, Canada, and author of Recent Developments in Psychoanalysis (1987).

Daniel M. Hausman is associate professor of philosophy at the University of Wisconsin--Madison.  He is the author of Capital, Profits and Prices (1981).

Alexander Rosenberg is professor of philosophy at the University of California--Riverside.  He most recent book is Philosophy of Social Science (1988).

Paul A. Roth is associate professor of philosophy at the University of Missouri--St. Louis.  He wrote Meaning and Method in the Social Sciences (1987).

Amartya Sen is Lamont University Professor at Harvard University.  His most recent book is On Ethics and Economics (1987).

Donald P. Spence is professor of psychiatry at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the author, most recently, of The Freudian Metaphor (1987).
