| The Proclaimed Emergence of Communism in the USSR Alexander S. Balinky Alexander S. Balinky, Associate Professor of Economics at Rutgers University, was born in the Soviet Union, and though he left there at an early age he is thoroughly familiar with the Russian language. He has written several articles on Soviet affairs, and is at work on a book dealing with the subject of his present essary. Coordinated Energy Policy in the Common MarketL The Guidance-Price Plan Lesile E. Grayson is Lecturer in Economics at the College of the City of New York. He is also serving as a consultant to the study of "World Trade Patterns" sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and the Center for Quantitative Research in Economic Development, Yale University. Modernity and Tradition in Britain Stanley Rothman Stanley Rothman, Assistnat Professor of Government at Smith College, has written for numerous scholarly journals. At present he is preparing a text on European governments. Current Inflation Theory: Considerations on Methodology George Macesich George Macesich has written widely on economic subjects, and is now working on a book on the Yugoslav economy, with special emphasis on the problems of decentralization. He is Associate Professor of Economics at Florida State University. On the Use of Metaphor in Political Analysis Martin Landau Martin Landau is Associate Professor of Political Science at Brooklyn College. In 1958 he was a Fellow at the Behavioral Science Conference of the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, at the University of New Mexico, and more recently he served as Research Consultant to the New York State Commission on the Governmental Operations of New York City. |
