Gerhard Colm
Gerhard Colm, who was one of the original members of the New School's Graduate Faculty, then known as the University in Exile, is at present Chief Economist of the National Planning Association. Formerly he was for many years in the service of the United States government, during 1946-52 as Senior Economist in the President's Council of Economic Advisors. In his many writings he has dealt especially with questions of public finance and fiscal policy.
