Milton I. Roemer
Milton I. Roemer received in the same year his M.D. degree and a M.A. in Sociology. He is now director of research in the Sloan Institute of Hospital Administration at Cornell. During 1953-56 he was Director of Medical and Hospital Services in the Saskatchewan Department of Public Health, after having formerly served in the U.S. Public Health Service (1943-51) and the World Health Organization in Geneva (1951-53).
